  • IFEOMA JACQUELINE OKOLO

    FOUNDER

    Ifeoma Jacqueline Okolo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Concord Primary Care Services, Inc., and is also the Director of Clinical Services.

     

    Ifeoma's nursing career spans 30-years. She has held positions as Director of Nursing, Field Supervisor, Field Nurse, and Nurse in the States of The District of Columbia; Maryland; and Texas. She is a licensed Nurse in the State of Texas.

     

    Ifeoma earned a Diploma in Nursing from University College Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria; a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Lagos, Nigeria; and a Master of Arts in Political Economics from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands.

  • JENNIFER OKOLO

    BUSINESS & BILLING MANAGER

    As the Business & Billing Manager of Concord Primary Care Services, Inc., Mrs. Jennifer Okolo is responsible for the daily cost administration and management of our organization. She also supervises our State Program Coordinators, and is responsible for reviewing and approving all insurance billings.

     

    Mrs. Jennifer Okolo is a marketing graduate of the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria, and has been employed at Concord Primary Care Services, Inc. since 2000.

  • LINDA SUAREZ

    STATE PROGRAM DIRECTOR

    Linda is the State Program Director for Concord’s Community Living Assistance and Support Services and Direct Services Agency (CLASS-DSA) program.

    Linda ensures that all Concord contractors providing therapy and allied services to our CLASS patients maintain the highest standards of professionalism in their service delivery. Linda also ensures that the certifications and professional licenses of all Concord service providers are current and up to date.

    Mrs. Suarez has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Academia Comercial Minerva, Mexico City, Mexico. She also has a General Studies degree from Ashford University, San Diego, California.

  • BELLE NEVE

    PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER & COMMUNITY LIAISON

    Belle began working in Concord Primary Care Services in 2013 as Public Relations Manager and Community Liaison. She is charged with developing public relations strategies to improve the overall image of Concord. As Community Liaison, she develops and implements community partnership programs

     

    Belle earned a Bachelor of Dance and History of Art degree from Hamilton College, New York. Ms. Neve completed a Master of Arts degree in Journalism with Media Law from the University of Arts, London College of Communication.

  • MARIE ZAMOT

    STATE PROGRAM COORDINATOR AND FIELD STAFF COORDINATOR

    Marie Zamot joined Concord Primary Care Services in 2013. In her daily role at Concord, Mrs. Zamot establishes attendant to client partnerships, conducts client admissions, and is in association with numerous insurance company case managers. Among several attributes, Mrs. Zamot is proficient in marketing strategies and concepts, and all internal office operations.

    Mrs. Zamot attended Northwest Vista College to attain her Associates Degree in Science, and has received an Instructional Certification from the Texas Education Agency.

  • TANIA MARAVILLA

    STATE PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    Tania joined Concord Primary Care Services, Inc. as State Program Coordinator in 2016.

    She ensures that the billing department functions effectively. Generating and transmitting relevant information between departments and insurance companies in a timely manner make her an asset to the company. Tania has great rapport with clients that she works with.

    Mrs. Maravilla has an MA certification from Southern Careers Institute.

  • MARIA VALDEZ

    ELECTRONIC VISIT VERIFICATION COORDINATOR

    Maria joined Concord Primary Care Services, Inc. in 2020 as an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Coordinator.

    She works closely with clients, patients and service providers to ensure high quality care delivery in a timely manner. Maria ensures that accurate information is provided to the billing department for effective financial management.

  • SARA PEREZ

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Sara joined Concord Primary Care Services, Inc. in 2020 as our Executive Assistant and Office Manager. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

    Her administrative support duties include office calendar management, preparing reports both internal and for government regulatory agencies. Sara’s excellent interpersonal skills, Internet research skills and project coordination experience make her a valuable member of Concord compassionate staff who works very well with clients.

    Ms. Perez has a certificate in Front Office Administration from San Antonio College.
